  • Application

    When sending your application it will need to contain the following;

          1. Copy of your high school grades and/or diploma

          1. The calculated average of your grades
Since the admission process will cover many students from many different countries the universities need a standardized way of comparing grades. This is done by the “Average grade” system. There are a number of calculators on the web to help you with this.

          1. Copy of your passport
(We need this information to help you with your student visa, this also apply to EU member students since the Schengen union will only allow you to visit a country for three months)

          1. In some cases, a motivational letter may also be required.
(Check the programs page to see if this apply to you)

          1. In some cases, a CV (Curriculum Vitae) may also be required.
(Check the programs page to see if this apply to you)
  • Admission

The University of your choice will review your application as well as all others they received.

It is at this stage that some universities may book you in for an interview either by Skype or phone, and they may email us or you for complementary information.

  • Validation of grades

If they think your application looks interesting and the possible interview went well then they will validate your grades and documents.

  • Acceptance

This is when we get the final answer from the university if they want to accept you.

It is only now that you will have to make the first payment, this payment is usually called a reservation fee but some variations to the name do occur. This fee is to be paid as soon as possible since it is the universities way to make sure that you as an applicant is invested in the university and is actually going to show up when the courses start.

  • Accommodation

Now that you have been accepted to a university in another country the hunt for accommodation begins. In some cases, the universities want to provide this service for themselves in which case we are not allowed to help you, unfortunately, however, we have every confidence that the service they are providing surpasses even our own. In the cases that the university does not offer accommodation, we are open to help with recommendations and connections to the best of our abilities.
